Step 1: Fit/Gap Analysis
We will conduct a fit/gap analysis or workflow process details your current business process requirements. This confirms how many built-in functionalities (fit) our software offerings and identifies any areas the software is lacking (gap) when it comes to meeting your clinics needs.
Custom developed or third party add-ons will be created to fill any identified gaps.
Step 2: Implementation
Once we have the fit/gap analysis results, Microsoft Dynamics BC 365 and Just Vet Solutions software can be implemented. Our implementation methodology includes many steps including customization, data migration, user training and go-live support.
