Our simple yet comprehensive implementation process allows us to get to know your business, understand your requirements and ensure that our solution adapts to your needs and not the other way around.
Step 1: Fit/Gap Analysis
We will conduct what’s called a “fit/gap analysis” which details your current business process requirements. This confirms how many built-in functionalities our software already has that satisfy your process requirements (fit) and identifies any potential areas where the software is lacking (gap) when it comes to meeting your clinics’ specific needs.
If required, customizations can be developed, or third-party add-ons can be implemented to fill any identified gaps.
Step 2: Implementation
Once we have the fit/gap analysis results, our software can be implemented. Our implementation strategy is carefully planned and executed by our team (in collaboration with yours) and is spearheaded by a dedicated Just Vet Solutions consultant assigned to you.
