We know that implementing a new software system is a big adjustment for any clinic, and we want to make that process as smooth as possible. Our support team is readily available to solve any issues – from critical situations to simple questions, we have your back.
You can rest assured that the support you receive from us will be provided on-shore by experts that know the software AND vet clinic management.
- We use a web-based ticketing system which allows us to respond quickly to inquiries and track progress toward issue resolution.
- Upon ticket submission, you will hear from us within 1 hour during normal business hours and 3 hours in the evenings and on weekends.
- We offer remote support to diagnose and address your needs via screen sharing (TeamViewer), in a completely secure manner.
